MS and HS Band Entry Form

Head directors only must establish a school account in the “Audition Admin” system. Please

follow the directions written below. The online entry deadline is November 1, 2024.

1. Visit our AuditionAdmin site at cvhb.auditionadmin.com

2. Click on Directors.

3. Click Create Account. It is strongly suggested that you use your school email address.

4. Enter cvhb2025 for the registration code.

5. Check your email for a message to validate your email address. If you don’t receive it

within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

6. Login with the username and password you used to create the account.

7. Click the link to choose or create a school.

8. If you used your school email address and another director at your school has

registered, you may see your school listed. If you do, click ‘choose’ by that school. If your

school is not listed, click ‘Create New School’ and enter the information for your school.

9. Click on Students at the top of the screen. Enter any students that will be entering an

audition.

10. For each entry, choose a student, their instrument, and click save.

After that, any of the school directors will be able to login and submit student entries for Concert

and Jazz Auditions.
